We hope you never get one of these, but there's always one bad apple that slips through our intensive product quality evaluation. We will gladly exchange your order for a new, perfect piece at no charge. Please email Fashion@Muehleder.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged area and we will send you a return label.

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, allow 3-4 business days for it to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund, so you know it’s on the way.

Expedited shipping ensures that your order will arrive the next day or within two days. If you placed your order after 12pm est. your order will be processed & shipped the following day. In other words, if you order at 9am est. on Tuesday for overnight delivery, it will arrive on Wednesday. If you placed the same order on Tuesday but at 12:01pm est. your order will arrive on Thursday.

We accept international orders outside of the US, but we does not cover any shipping fees or international duties upon arrival.

Manhattan, New York! All our fabrics are sourced from Turkey and hand sewn in our stomping grounds of New York, New York. So good, they named it twice! We are very proud of our partnership with a family-owned factory that has been sewing our pieces for 10+ years. This allows us to react to our customer needs quickly and always keep one eye on production for quality issues.

When restocking pieces sometimes the colors may be a shade off. Please feel free to get in touch with us if you are buying something to match what you already have. We do our best of naming the colors so that you know what matches with what. For example, Brownie & Chocolate are both brown shades and  look similar but are very different. 

We only restock best sellers, so if the piece sells out in under two months we will bring it back within a year or two, otherwise we like to keep creating new styles in order to provide you with another best seller. Therefore, if you see an item on sale, chances are it will never restock. Once the item hits the Sale rack it is never coming back.

No. Promo Codes can only be used one at a time.

Store Credit codes never expire. Promotional codes have a time limit in order to make it fair for everyone. If your code expires you can reach out to us within 24 hours and we will reactivate it as a courtesy. After the first 24 hours, it will be too late to use.

No, we do not honor price adjustments because you had first access to the item that could have been sold out otherwise.
